A
typical set of house plans includes the following.
The
first sheet is the cover sheet which outline the Design Criteria and Construction Notes,
such as general site, foundation, framing and mechanical notes.
The
second sheet is typically the front and side elevation drawn to 1/4" scale.
The
third sheet is the rear and
side elevation drawn to 1/4" scale.
The
foundation of your choice
(slab, crawl space or basment).
